Refund policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We don't Take any Returns or Exchange Any Pure silk , kids dress, Lehenga, Half Saree ,Jewelry  and Undergarments(Blouse & Shapewear).


With the nature of Handloom sarees and other products on our Website, 

If you do not like a product after receiving it, you could return it within 3 business days.  We will charge a service fee ($10).  

Or you can exchange at our Store within 14 days. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We'd strongly suggest you take a video of the defective part as soon as you find it after opening the package. While we make sure the product is in the best shape before shipping, if there is a defect that happened from our end, we'll strive our best to make it right by accepting returns or exchanges.
*Note: Some inconsistencies and characteristics of handwoven/sewn products are not considered defects. Please refer to the 'Exceptions' section below for more details. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

you can exchange at our Store within 14 days. Or you can use the full amount to place other orders ($10 Service fee will be waived)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the cost of the product (minus the $10 service fee as noted above). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
